The Continental Classic will begin, the fallout from Full Gear and more on the November 26 edition of AEW Dynamite.
For the third consecutive year, the Continental Classic Tournament will make its return to TV with matches set to take place on Dynamite and Collision over the next few weeks, and will see the tournament culminate at Worlds End in December. With the field being revealed on November 24, the entrants for the 2025 tournament are as follows:
Gold League
- Darby Allin
- PAC
- Kevin Knight
- Speedball Mike Bailey
- Kyle Fletcher
- Kazuchika Okada [2024 winner and reigning Unified Champion]
Blue League
- Konosuke Takeshita
- Jon Moxley
- Claudio Castagnoli
- Orange Cassidy
- Roderick Strong
- Mascara Dorada
First round matches have been announced for the show, including Don Callis Family members Kyle Fletcher and Kazuchika Okada facing off.
The Women’s Tag Team Championship tournament will also continue as the Babes of Wrath will face Sisters of Sin in the semifinals.
This will also be the first episode of Dynamite following Full Gear, which saw 3 title changes and a return take place at the show. Along with FTR winning the Tag Team Championships and Mark Briscoe winning the TNT Championship, Samoa Joe defeated Adam Page in the main event to win the World Championship for the second time in his career. However, a returning Swerve Strickland cut the celebration short for Joe. The Opps and Joe will celebrate the victory on the show.
