A World Championship celebration, a 6-woman tag match and more are set for the July 15 edition of AEW Dynamite.
Bringing MJF’s third title reign to an end, Kenny Omega defeated Maxwell Jacob Friedman on the July 8 Dynamite to hold the title for the second time in his career. Omega will appear live on the show following his victory. The Cleaner will celebrate his big win just a few weeks to go until All In returns to Wembley Stadium. At the August pay-per-view, Omega will put the title on the line against Will Ospreay, which will likely be addressed on Dynamite.
Andrade El Idolo continued to provoke The Don Callis Family on the last episode of Dynamite, targeting International Champion Kyle Fletcher and TNT Champion Kevin Knight. El Idolo will be in action against family member Jake Doyle on the show.
Willow Nightingale will also be in action in a 6-woman tag match. The former TBS Champion will team with Maya World and Hyan to take on Mercedes Mone and Divine Dominion. Nightingale is also the number one contender to Thekla’s Women’s Championship and will challenge for the title at Redemption at the end of the month.
