Kicking off the biggest event on the WWE calendar, WrestleMania 42 night 1 saw Randy Orton face Cody Rhodes in the main event for the WWE Championship.
Airing live from Allegiant Stadium for the second year in a row, WrestleMania 42 was headlined by Randy Orton looking for his 15th World Championship as he faced former friend, Cody Rhodes. Heading into the match, Orton found an ally in the form of Pat McAfee.
Additionally, YouTuber IShowSpeed teamed with The Vision to take on The Usos and LA Knight in the opening match.
Michael Cole and Wade Barrett were on commentary for the show.
