Concluding the weekend of action in New Jersey, WWE SummerSlam 2025 Night 2 aired live on August 3 with a WrestleMania rematch and more taking place on the show.

Returning to MetLife Stadium for the second night, the show continued the momentum of the first show, which saw Seth Rollins end the night as the new World Heavyweight Champion by cashing in his Money in the Bank contract on CM Punk. The main event of night 2 was another World Title match as Cody Rhodes looked to win back his Undisputed Championship over John Cena after losing to the Hollywood star back at WrestleMania.

Additionally, Solo Sikoa put the US Title on the line against Jacob Fatu in a steel cage match, a 6-team TLC match took place and more!

Michael Cole and Wade Barrett were on commentary for the show. The announced attendance was 60,561.

  • Naomi defeated Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY to retain the Women’s World Championship
  • The Wyatt Sicks (Dexter Lumis and Joe Gacy) (c) defeated Andrade and Rey Fénix, #DIY (Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa), Fraxiom (Axiom and Nathan Frazer), Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin), and The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford) in a six pack TLC match
  • Becky Lynch defeated Lyra Valkyria in a no DQ match to retain the Women’s Intercontinental Championship
  • Solo Si’ika defeated Jacob Fatu in a steel cage match to retain the US Championship
  • Dominik Mysterio defeated AJ Styles to retain the Intercontinental Championship
  • Cody Rhodes defeated John Cena in a street fight to become the new WWE Champion. A returning Brock Lesnar atacked Cena after the match
