The build to WWE Survivor Series: WarGames continued and more on the November 21 WWE SmackDown.
The show saw the teams finalised for the Women’s WarGames match, along with members of the Men’s team appearing live ahead of their clash at the upcoming Premium Live Event. Additionally, Ilja Dragunov defended his United States Championship, and the Last Time is Now Tournament continued to determine John Cena’s final opponent on December 13.
This was also a double-taping as next week’s SmackDown was recorded ahead of time to give the talent and employees time off for the Thanksgiving holiday. As a result, spoilers for the November 28 SmackDown are now available.

WWE SmackDown Results November 21:
- Following a recap of the chaotic series of events that occurred over the past week, members of Team Vision opened the show in the ring. After Paul Heyman promised that the heels would annihilate the babyfaces, The Usos interrupted. Jimmy and Jey appeared to have Cody Rhodes as backup, but the cameras cut to the back, where Drew McIntyre had taken out Rhodes in the parking lot.
- Ilja Dragunov defeated JD McDonagh to retain the United States Championship.
- Carmelo Hayes defeated Bronson Reed via countout to advance in the Last Time is Now Tournament thanks to an assist from Cody Rhodes.
- DIY defeated Fraxiom thanks to an assist from Candice LeRae.
- Penta defeated Finn Balor to advance in the Last Time is Now Tournament.
- Charlotte Flair, Alexa Bliss, Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY introduced the final member of their WarGames team, AJ Lee. The heels attacked the babyfaces to stand tall to close out the show.
