Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton in the same building and more has been announced for the March 27 episode of WWE SmackDown.
Orton has made it clear that he will do whatever it takes to become champion for a 15th time, leading Rhodes a bloody mess 2 weeks ago. With their WrestleMania match set, both men are scheduled to appear live on the show.
After being attacked by Kit Wilson on last week’s SmackDown, Jelly Roll will make his return to the ring as he is scheduled to go one-on-one with the British wrestler.
The closing shot of the March 20 SmackDown saw Drew McIntyre and Jacob Fatu fall off an elevated platform after brawling throughout the show. General Manager Nick Aldis will provide an update on both men on the show.
A title match is also set to take place as former Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton will challenge Giulia for the Women’s United States Championship. If Stratton wins, this will be her first reign with the title.
