A massive face-to-face and more have been announced for WWE SmackDown.
On the March 18th episode of Raw, Cody Rhodes gave his response to The Rock’s promo, which saw The Great One reference Rhodes’ mother. The American Nightmare was interrupted by Paul Heyman, who proposed that the upcoming meeting between Rhodes and Roman Reigns be just the two of them with no backup. Rhodes agreed to the terms and will meet Reigns along on SmackDown.
Also on the previous Raw, multiple teams qualified for the six pack ladder match at WrestleMania, which will see Damian Priest and Finn Balor defend the Undisputed Tag Team Championships. More qualifying matches will take place on the show, with the winners getting one step closer to Mania.
Rey Mysterio recently returned and went right after the man who injured him, Santos Escobar. The Hall of Famer and the leader of Legado Del Fantasma are set to face off on the show.
