Four title matches will take place at the November 1 WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event, and one of which will guarantee a new champion.
After Seth Rollins was forced to vacate the World Heavyweight Championship due to injury, and has recently announced that he will be out of action for 6 months, CM Punk and Jey Uso will fight it out to determine who is the number one champion on WWE Raw.
Undisputed Champion Cody Rhodes will also be in action on the show, as he will put the title on the line against Drew McIntyre. With McIntyre looking for a fair opportunity at Rhodes, The American Nightmare has granted The Scottish Warrior one more shot.
As neither Rusev nor Penta were able to determine who was the better man and the number one contender to Dominik Mysterio’s Intercontinental Championship, it was later announced that the title would be defended in a triple threat match.
The final match will see Tiffany Stratton put her Women’s Championship on the line against Jade Cargill. As Cargill turned heel the week prior, this is expected to be a much different match to their SummerSlam bout.
The Line-Up For The November 1 WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event Is As Follows:
- CM Punk vs. Jey Uso – Singles match for the vacant World Heavyweight Championship
- Cody Rhodes (c) vs. Drew McIntyre – Singles match for the WWE Championship. If Rhodes gets counted out or disqualified, McIntyre will win the championship.
- Tiffany Stratton (c) vs. Jade Carill – Singles match for the WWE Women’s Championship
- Dominik Mysterio (c) vs. Penta vs. Rusev – Triple threat match for the Intercontinental Championship
