WWE NXT Vengeance Day aired live from the CareFirst Arena in Washington D.C. on Saturday, February 15th.
A sold-out crowd were in attendance for the Valentine’s Day alternative, which saw 4 championships defended along with the returns of Jordynne Grace after the main event and recent signee Ricky Starks, who shocked the world earlier in the week with his surprise debut on the developmental brand. Starks appeared via video and announced that he would be signing his contract this Tuesday. However, much like his debut appearance, neither he nor commentary mentioned him by name.
Additionally, Oba Femi had the odds stacked against him as he defended the NXT Championship against Austin Theory and Grayson Waller while Stephanie Vaquer won her first championship in the company as she defeated Fallon Henley to become the new Women’s North American Champion.
