After a 7-year wait, WWE once again presented its all-women’s Premium Live Event Evolution on July 12, 2025 in Atlanta, Georgia.
Showcasing the stars of the women’s division on the main roster and in NXT, Evolution also saw the reutrn of multiple Hall of Famers. Looking to win an 8th Women’s Championship, Trish Startus faced Tiffany Stratton for the Women’s Championship in what was a past vs. present battle of women’s wrestling. Additionally, Hall of Famer Nikki Bella made her return to the ring as part of the women’s battle royal that saw the winner become the new number one contender and earn a title match at Clash in Paris the following month.
Along with multiple members of the NXT roster also competing in the Battle Royal, the Women’s Championship was on the line as Jacy Jayne defended the title against Jordynne Grace.
The main event of the show saw IYO SKY defend the Women’s World Championship against Rhea Ripley. Prior to the show, Ripley had never beaten SKY.

- Becky Lynch defeated Bayley and Lyra Valkyria to retain the Women’s Intercontinental Championship
- Jacy Jayne defeated Jordynne Grace to retain the NXT Women’s Championship
- The Judgment Day defeated Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss, Sol Ruca and Zaria, and The Kabuki Warriors to retain the Women’s Tag Team Championships
- Tiffany Stratton defeated Trish Stratus to retain the WWE Women’s Championship
- Jade Cargill defeated Naomi in a no holds barred match. Bianca Belair was the special guest referee
- Stephanie Vaquer won the women’s battle royal to earn a title match at Clash in Paris
- Naomi cashed in her Money in the Bank contract during IYO SKY vs. Rhea Ripley to win the Women’s World Championship
