Returning to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the show had 2 title matches on a rare 7 match card. Additionally, following Triple H’s announcement at Bad Blood, the first-ever Men’s and Women’s Crown Jewel Champions were crowned at the event.

- Seth Rollins defeated Bronson Reed
- Liv Morgan defeated Nia Jax to become the inaugural Women’s Crown Jewel Champion
- Randy Orton vs. Kevin Owens ended in a no contest
- LA Knight defeated Andrade and Carmelo Hayes to retain the United States Championship
- Cody Rhodes defeated Gunther to become the inaugural Men’s Crown Jewel Champion
