Making a return to France, WWE Clash in Paris 2025 will mark the second time that a Premium Live Event has been held in the country, and will see 3 title matches take place on the card along with another match on the John Cena retirement tour.
With Backlash 2024 emanating from Lyon, France, and with one of the hottest crowds in recent memory in attendance, fans ae expecting another loud fanbase inside the Paris La Défense Arena. Set to compete in Europe for the last time, John Cena will be in action on the show as he takes on Logan Paul in what will be a first time ever match. Cena and Paul have crossed paths multiple times, with Paul hitting the 17-time World Champion with a cheap shot a week before the show.
WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella is also looking to add to her legacy at the show as she will challenge Becky Lynch for the Women’s Intercontinental Championship. Lynch has a history of picking up wins over legends, and looks to add to the list in Paris.
With Seth Rollins and The Vision making enemies with LA Knight, CM Punk and Jey Uso, all 3 will have the opportunity to become World Heavyweight Champion in Paris as they will challenge Rollins for the gold.
Although most B-level PLEs have typically seen 5 matches on the card, a move which has ben divisive among fans given the overall show length, Clash in paris saw a 6th match added to the ard on the go home SmackDown. After The Street Profits defeated Carmelo Hayes and The Miz, Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins will challenge The Wyatt Sicks for the Tag Team Championships.

WWE Clash in Paris will air live on August 31 on Peacock in the United States and on Netflix internationally. The show will air live at 8 pm local time [7 pm in the UK and 2 pm on the East Coast in the US].
