WWE Bash In Berlin Predictions

WWE Bash In Berlin Predictions

For the first time ever, a Premium Live Event will take place in Germany with WWE Bash In Berlin.

Airing live on August 31st, the company once again travels to Europe and continues its global expansion and gives fans on the continent the opportunity to watch the show live at a normal time. In what will likely be the main event of the show, new World Heavyweight Champion Gunther will defend the title for the first time against Randy Orton following on from their controversial finish at King of the Ring earlier in the year. Additionally, Cody Rhodes will put the Undisputed Championship against Kevin Owens.

Predictions For WWE Bash In Berlin Are As Follows:

Rhea Ripley & Damian Priest vs. Dominik Mysterio & Liv Morgan

Rhea Ripley will finally get her hands on Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan following the shocking turn of events that took place at SummerSlam. With no titles at stake and Ripley in need of a victory following her return, The Terror Twins will pick up the victory on this one, with Ripley likely pinning Mysterio in dominant fashion.

Winners: Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest

Alba Fyre & Isla Dawn (c) vs. Bianca Belair & Jade Cargill – Tag Team Match For The WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships

Although Fyre and Dawn have only recently won the titles and had 3 defences, the only title change to take place on this night will be this 0ne. Much like Backlash in Lyon, a two on two match gives Cargill and Belair the power advantage and will continue to dominate the division until further notice.

Winners: Jade Cargill & Bianca Belair

Drew McIntyre vs. CM Punk – Strap Match

With McIntyre winning their first meeting at SummerSlam and a 3-match series looking likely, potentially blowing off the feud in a Hell in a Cell match, Punk will get his win back over McIntyre in Berlin. Of course, the match will be physical and could be the match of the night, but this will be another European loss for McIntyre.

Winner: CM Punk

Cody Rhodes (c) vs. Kevin Owens – Singles Match For The Undisputed Championship

While the result of the match is in no doubt, what happens next is arguably more intriguing. Owens reluctantly accepted the challenge after previously stating that he was not worthy. With the match being face vs. face along with The Bloodline and Roman Reigns possibly being a factor, there is definitely the likelihood for some interference. Rhodes will win the match, but the greater intrigue is whether Owens betrays The American Nightmare after the bell following the teases in the lead-up to the match.

Winner: Cody Rhodes

Gunther (c) vs. Randy Orton – Singles Match For The World Heavyweight Championship

Orton looks to prove that his defeat at King of the Ring was a fluke by defeating Gunther to win his 15th World Championship. While fans back in the United States will be cheering for Orton, there is no way that Gunther is losing this one. With this being the start of his reign and the match taking place close to his home country, the match will solidify Gunther as the dominant champion with a decisive victory over Orton.

Winner: Gunther
