Emanating from the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia, the Premium Live Event had 2 major matches advertised ahead of time as CM Punk and Drew McIntyre ended their rivalry inside Hell in a Cell along with Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes teaming up to take on Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu.
With Cody Rhodes advertising ahead of time that something big would happen on the show, the announcement was revealed to be the return of The Rock, who made his presence felt after the main event concluded.
Michael Cole and Corey Graves were the announce team for the show with Jade Cargill, Bianca Belair and Naomi serving as the hosts for the evening. The announced attendance was said to be just under 16,092.

- Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes defeated Jacob Fatu and Solo Sikoa
