WWE Bad Blood will air live from the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia on October 5th.
Returning to the USA for a Premium Live Event once more, hometown hero Cody Rhodes will team up with former rival Roman Reigns in an attempt to handle The Bloodline problem of Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu. According to reports, the match will be the main event of the show following weeks of indecisiveness over which match should go on last as the Hell in a Cell match between CM Punk and Drew McIntyre has also been a strong contender. The Cell match will open the show.
Two championship matches have been announced as Rhea Ripley and Bayley will each get another opportunity at the Women’s World and WWE Women’s Championships respectively. Ripley will have the advantage in her match as Dominik Mysterio will be locked inside a shark cage.
The final match on the card will see Damian Priest and Finn Balor settle their differences as Balor was a key part in Priest losing the World Heavyweight Championship to Gunther at SummerSlam.
Due to a UFC event taking place on the same night, the show has been given a special start time of 6 pm EST [11 pm in the UK].
Along with the hype around the 2 main matches at Bad Blood, Cody Rhodes has also teased something major will take place regarding a future WWE event.
