The latest WWE 2K24 update looks to have given away who will be on the cover.
For the past few days, WWE Games have continued to tease new information regarding the upcoming video game. Along with updating their account with the new logo and stating that something will be announced on January 22nd, multiple images have seen Superstars tagged in them to confirm their involvement with the title, such as The Undertaker and “Stone Cold” Steve Austin. However, in the latest update, the cover star looks to be confirmed.
Paying homage to Cody Rhodes’ list that he made of dream opponents after requesting his release from WWE in 2016, WWE Games have made a list of their own. With multiple goals from The American Nightmare checked off, one box that has been left unchecked is “WWE 2K24 Cover Superstar.”

While Rhodes appears to be confirmed as the featured star, there has been speculation that he won’t be alone. Much like the cover of WWE 2K20, many are expecting a male and female Superstar to be on the cover of the game. In regards to who will join Rhodes on the cover, the favourite is currently Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley.
What Else Has Been Announced For WWE 2K24?
Along with Superstar teases, the return of match stipulations also seems to have been announced. With images of caskets and referee shirt, many are expecting the Casket Match and Special Guest Referee features to be back.
