Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan has explained why she will be a part of the 2026 Queen of the Ring tournament.
Following Clash in Italy, the Morgan appeared on the post-show to brag about her accomplishments and address what is next for her in WWE. Responding to those who don’t think that she is worthy of being Raw’s top champion, Morgan stated that she would be entering the Queen of the Ring tournament to prove that she is the greatest Women’s Champion of all time:
“It had me thinking of all the people that say Liv Morgan isn’t worthy of being champion, and you know what that made me think? That made me think that I am entering the Queen of the Ring tournament because I want it all. I want it all, so I’m taking it all. Because I am the greatest Women’s World Champion of all time.”
Morgan’s first round match will see her face Becky Lynch, Alexa Bliss and Chelsea Green in a 4-way match. If Morgan is victorious, she will face the winner of Sol Ruca vs. Lyra Valkyria vs. Charlotte Flair vs. Jade Cargill in the next round.
First round matches for the King and Queen of the Ring tournaments are set to take place on the June 1 Raw. The finals will take place at Night of Champions on June 27. Whoever wins their respective tournaments will challenge the top champion of their brand at SummerSlam.
Liv Morgan Looking To Add Queen Of The Ring To Accolades
Having captured the top championship multiple times in her WWE career, the Queen of the Ring is one accolade that has alluded Morgan. The most recent winner of the Royal Rumble and a former Money in the Bank winner, Morgan’s accomplishments are as follows:
