WWE has announced the field for the 2026 King and Queen of the Ring tournaments, which will see the winners earn title opportunities.
Following Clash in Italy, the brackets for both tournaments were revealed on the post-show. 16 stars will compete in each of the respective tournaments, with 4 4-way matches set for the first round. The winners of each match will advance to the semi-finals, followed by the finals at Night of Champions on June 27. The overall winners of the tournaments will advance to SummerSlam to face their brand’s top champion.
The first matches will take place on the June 1 Raw. In the King of the Ring line-up, Oba Femi, US Champion Trick Williams, Intercontinental Champion Penta and Seth Rollins are some of the notable names.
Regarding Queen of the Ring, Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan will compete in the tournament. After winning the Women’s Royal Rumble and the title in 2026, Morgan is looking to achieve a hat trick of accolades this year. Morgan will take on Becky Lynch, Alexa Bliss and Chelsea Green in the opening round. New Women’s Intercontinental Champion Sol Ruca will also be in action in the tournament. IYO SKY, 2025 tournament winner Jade Cargill and Charlotte Flair will also compete.
