WWE star Kit Wilson was notably absent from the 2026 Royal Rumble.
The British wrestler has become a big hit with the fans in late 2025 and early 2026, largely due to his catchy theme song that is being used as part of his solo career. With this in mind, many were expecting to hear the song Man Up in Saudi Arabia to signal the arrival of Wilson in the match to set up a comedy entry similar to that of Joe Hendry in 2025. However, when all was said and done, there was no sign of Wilson in the match.
Following the Rumble, Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select has reported that although Wilson was discussed to be a part of the Rumble, he was ultimately passed on.
The report also adds that 2 other names rumoured to be in the match, Saraya and Karrion Kross, were not approached to be a part of it.
Kit Wilson Has Never Competed In A Royal Rumble
Although Wilson and Elton Prince, collectively known as Pretty Deadly, were called up to the main roster in May 2023, neither of them has participated in a Royal Rumble. Wilson has embarked on a solo career after Prince suffered a serious injury on SmackDown that required double neck fusion surgery. It remains unknown if he will return to the ring.
In a recent interview, Kit Wilson spoke about his new theme song and how it all came together.
