WWE fans should expect surprises at the upcoming TNA Slammiversary Premium Live Event on July 20.
The second biggest event of the TNA calendar will once again see involvement from the stars of WWE as multiple champions will be putting their titles on the line at the show in Elmont, New York. However, with the partnership between the 2 promotions alive and well, most recently on the July 15 NXT with a surprise appearance from Knockouts Champion Masha Slamovich, company President Carlos Silva has stated that nothing should be off limits this weekend.
Speaking with Alistair McGeorge of Metro, Silva brought up the surprise appearance of Joe Hendry back at WrestleMania 41 and that fans should expect the unexpected:
‘When you can have Joe Henry run into WrestleMania with the TNA belt, you know that nothing’s off limits.
‘And you know that everyone at all the different levels are just thinking about, “What can we do to create great fan experiences?” And, and I really think that’s the thinking there.
‘I don’t think there’s anything off the table… And, and it’s nice to see, because so far it’s been easy, and so far it’s been great. So we’re gonna keep it rolling together.’
While there have been no clear hints as to who the surprise could be, Silva may have given fans an indication in a recent social media post, which seemingly referred to one wrestler who was responsible in establishing TNA into the brand it became, AJ Styles:
We’re moving the stage back to accommodate more fans. This event will be TNA’s greatest achievement and trust me it’s going to be PHENOMENAL
WWE Stars To Be In Action At TNA Slammiversary 2025
With NXT Women’s Champion Jacy Jayne to compete in a winner-takes-all match and NXT star Trick Williams set to defend his TNA World Championship, WWE will once again have a major presence at Slammiversary. The current card for the event is as follows:

- Moose (c) vs. Leon Slater – Singles match for the TNA X Division Championship
