The last stop before the Royal Rumble took place last night with Smackdown. Here are the most notable talking points from the show:
- The brand to brand invitational is back. This means that RAW stars The Miz and John Morrison, Sheamus and AJ Styles were present
- Initially Daniel Bryan vs AJ Styles was set up. After multiple interruptions, the singles match eventually turned into an 10 man tag. Bryan, Big E, Sheamus, Nakamura and Otis vs The Miz, John Morrison, AJ Styles, Cesaro and Sami Zayn. Daniel Bryan’s team won after Sheamus pinned Sami Zayn. Braun Strowman returned post match and destroyed everyone to stand tall.
- Bianca Bel Air defeated Bayley
- Roman Reigns and Kevin Owens have a war of words. They talk about each others families and Roman leaves the face to face early.
