Tatum Paxley is now a member of the WWE SmackDown roster following the events that occurred on the latest episode of the show.
The main event of the August 7 SmackDown saw Charlotte Flair face Jade Cargill. Predictably, Cargill’s allies Michin and B-Fab got involved in the match. Alexa Bliss’ music played as Flair’s best friend arrived. With Bliss’ arm in a sling, the lights went out in the arena. When the lights came back on, Paxley was seen standing on the ring post. Paxley dove onto Michin and B-Fab to even the score. Flair went on to win the match by hitting the top rope Natural Selection onto Cargill. Paxley celebrated with Flair and Bliss after the match.
Paxley is a former NXT Women’s and NXT Women’s North American Champion. Her final televised NXT match took place in late June, which saw Paxley lose to Kelani Jordan.
Is Another NXT Star Set To Join Tatum Paxley On SmackDown?
Paxley may not be the only call-up from NXT. Following a recent loss in an Underground match, Lola Vice said goodbye to the developmental brand, indicating that she may also be on her way to the main roster. With Vice’s boyfriend Damian Priest also competing on the blue brand, this is the likely destination for the former Women’s Champion.
