Stephanie McMahon To Be Inducted Into WWE Hall Of Fame

Stephanie McMahon has been announced as the first inductee into the WWE Hall of Fame class of 2026.

The news broke during Wrestlepalooza on September 20, with The Undertaker being the one who surprised McMahon. Shortly before the main event, McMahon and Undertaker were seen in the crowd. Undertaker grabbed a mic and asked McMahon if she was ready, then saying that it was his honour to announce that McMahon would be receiving her induction in April 2026, which McMahon was shocked by. McMahon then joked that the powers that be are in trouble, and hugged WWE President Nick Khan following the announcement.

McMahon will join her husband Triple H and The Undertaker as a WWE Hall of Famer. Triple H was inducted earlier in the year over WrestleMania weekend, with Undertaker receiving his induction back in 2022.

A major part of WWE storylines for decades, McMahon first debuted on TV as part of The Attitude Era. Along with being an onscreen authority figure and used as a focal point in many of her father, Vince McMahon’s storylines, Stephanie is also a former Women’s Champion. McMahon’s final match took place at WrestleMania 34, which saw her and her husband lose to Kurt Angle and Ronda Rousey in what was Rousey’s WWE in-ring debut.
