Seth Rollins is not 100% after being hit with multiple spears by Bron Breakker during WrestleMania 42.
Breakker made his surprise return to TV on night 1 of WrestleMania. The former Intercontinental Champion hit Rollins with a spear during The Visionary’s match with Gunther while the referee was distracted. After Gunther took advantage of the assault and put Rollins to sleep, Breakker ran down the entrance ramp and hit Rollins with another spear to close out the post-match.
Appearing on The Rich Eisen Show, where Rollins was seen sporting a black eye, the Raw star explained that Breakker flipped when he hit the second spear, causing his foot to hit him in the face:
“It’s there. It’s under there,” Rollins said about his black eye. “They did a good job trying to cover it up this morning. Bron Breakker (gave it to me). It was his foot. His foot gave it to me when he speared me. Figure that out. This lunatic came so fast down the ramp when he flipped as he speared me, his foot hit me in the eye. I was on the ground writhing in pain because I couldn’t breathe, wondering why my eye was also swelling. The man has a real problem. He does not know his own speed, his own strength. He’s on autopilot in the scariest way… Targeted to my midsection, somehow double-tapped me on the way down. That’s how quick — I was not even on the ground before the foot got me in the face. I think it was a heel, because he flipped over. So he scorpioned up and wham! I’ve never seen it before. Hopefully, I never have to see it again. I’m sick of it. Actually, I saw it twice on Monday too so, it’s not been a great weekend for me… I kind of expected it (black eye) to be gone by now but no, it is sustained. Part of the deal. I’m back in, man.”
Bron Breakker Continued Seth Rollins Attack On Raw After WrestleMania
The issues between Rollins and Breakker continued the following Monday. Rollins looked to target The Vision, with The Street Profits making their return to fight away Austin Theory and Logan Paul. However, despite Rollins’ best efforts, it was Breakker who stood tall once more.
On the Raw after WrestleMania 41 in 2025, Breakker joined forces with Seth Rollins to help the former World Champion stand tall over his Mania opponents, CM Punk and Roman Reigns.
