Roman Reigns Pinned By Jey Uso At WWE Money In The Bank

A three year plus streak came to an end at Money in the Bank.

Roman Reigns was finally pinned for the first time since December 2019, with Jey Uso being the one to do what so many have attempted to, get a 3 count on The Tribal Chief.

Presented as The Bloodline Civil War, the tag team match between The Usos and Reigns and Sikoa main evented the London Premium Live Event. The match looked to favour Reigns on multiple occasions, but The Usos refused to stay down, fighting out of Spears, Superman Punches and Guillotines.

Powerhouse Sikoa initially looked to be the difference maker, but attempted to hit one big move too many. Attempting to dive onto Jimmy Uso onto the announce table, Uso moved at the last minute, taking out Sikoa.

With Reigns left all alone, the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion was hit with multiple superkicks and a splash by Jey Uso to be finally defeated. However, as the title was not on the line, Reigns continues the 1,000 day plus reign as champion.

Prior to Jey Usos’ shocking victory, Reigns was last pinned over 3 years ago by Baron Corbin.
