The viewership for the August 3rd edition of NXT has been revealed. The black and gold brand obtained an average viewership of 520,000. The numbers have been obtained from PW Torch:

This rating is the same as the previous week’s edition of the show. Both the July 27th and August 3rd episodes each drew 520,000. This equals the record low set by NXT since the move to the USA Network. The key 18-49 demographic is also low, with just a 0.10 rating being obtained for the most recent edition of NXT.
It should be noted that like last week’s show, the August 3rd NXT was pre-taped and aired on the SYFY network. This is due to The Olympics taking place and currently airs on the usual home of NXT, the USA Network.
The show was main evented by a “Love Her or Lose Her” match between Johnny Gargano and Dexter Lumis. While Gargano won the match, Indi Hartwell and Lumis still embraced after the match:
