Nixon Newell and Miranda Alize were absent from the latest episode of AEW programming, as the duo reportedly walked out of the taping.

As first broken by Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Newell and Alize were originally scheduled to be in action on the November 8 Collision, where the duo were set to put over Tay Melo and Anna Jay. However, Newell and Alize “balked” at the booking of the match as they had lost their debut match the previous week. It is then added that the wrestlers left the building around an hour before belltime, and were replaced by Hyan and Maya World. PWInsider notes that All Elite Wrestling were appreciative of Hyan and Maya for stepping up on short notice to be a part of the match.

Following the walkout, Alize took to social media, stating that her and Newell had “SOOOOOOOO much to say ……………” while also retweeting messages in support. Newel has not commented, but has rewteeted a number of messages in support.
