New Trios Champions Crowned On March 4 AEW Dynamite

A title change took place in the main event of the March 4 episode of AEW Dynamite as new Trios Champions were crowned.

The impromptu match saw Kyle Fletcher, Kazuchika Okada and Mark Davis pick up the win over Adam Page and JetSpeed following to capture the championships for the first time in their careers. The finish of the match saw MJF interfere to take out Page. With the now former champions a man down, Okada hit Knight with a Rainmaker and Davis followed up with a Piledriver to add more gold to The Don Callis Family.

Earlier in the night, Page was attacked by The Don Callis Family following his quick win over a local competitor. Calls then announced that they would be getting their shot at the championships later in the show.

The victory also means that Fletcher and Okada are now double champions, as they are the TNT and International Champions, respectively.

New Trios Champions Cap Off Triple Header Of Title Matches On March 4 AEW Dynamite

The Trios Titles match was the third championship at stake on the show. The opening match saw MJF successfully defend his World Championship against Kevin Knight, meaning that he will face Adam Page in a Texas Deathmatch at Revolution. Later in the show, Thekla defeated Thunder Rosa to retain the AEW Women’s Championship. It was later announced that Thekla would put the title on the line against the woman she beat to become the champion, Kris Statlander, in a 2 out of 3 falls match at Revolution on March 15.

Miek Bailey will have the opportunity to get revenge on Fletcher next week, as he will challenge Fletcher for the TNT Championship.
