Multiple members of the WWE Raw roster, including 2 former World Champions, have moved over to SmackDown as part of the ongoing Talent Transfer Window.
On the January 24th edition of WWE SmackDown, Carmelo Hayes was once again given a match against the newest signee to the blue brand, which was later revealed to be former World Champion Damian Priest. Much like the surprise match against Braun Strowman back in December, Hayes lost to the new signee. Priest was later seen with Cody Rhodes, potentially setting up a title match down the road.
More transfers were also announced throughout the night. SmackDown will receive another former WWE Champion as The Miz will be appearing on Friday nights moving forward. While SmackDown are getting 2 former World Champions, former Tag Team Champions Grayson Waller and Austin Theory were moved over to the Raw roster.
