Multiple AEW Stars Declare For Owen Hart Foundation Tournament

More competitors have been confirmed for the 2025 Owen Hart Foundation Tournament.

As was seen thouughout the March 29th episode of AEW Collision, six stars from the AEW women’s division announced that they would be a part of the upcoming tournament that will see the winner granted a shot at the AEW Women’s Championship at All In.

Following her victory over Robyn Renegade, Mercedes Mone declared her entry for the tournament and then bragged about her recent victory over Billie Starkz, who is also in the Cup. This led to the CEO to mock Starkz and question who trained her. This brought out Athena, the reigning and record-breaking ROH Women’s Champion. Following a brief confrontation, Athena stood tall and later also announced she would be in the tournament.

Other names that were announced throughout the show were Jamie Hayter, Kris Statlander and Thunder Rosa. The names announced for the Men’s Tournament are Will Ospreay, Adam Page and Jay White.

The 2024 tournaments were won by Mariah May and Bryan Danielson, who both went on to win gold at All In later that year.

2025 Owen Hart Cup Bracket To Be Announced Soon

The remaining competitors and both tournament brackets will be announced on the April 2nd episode of Dynamite, which will also be the final episode of Dynamite before the Dynasty pay-per-view on April 6th.
