2026 Women’s Royal Rumble winner Liv Morgan has decided which champion she will face at WrestleMania 42.
On the February 23 Raw, Morgan appeared live to announce her opponent of choice for the biggest show of the year. Flanked by Dominik Mysterio, Morgan was also joined in the ring by Women’s World Champion Stehanie Vaquer and WWE Women’s Champion Jade Cargill.
After first apologising to Vaquer, it appeared that Morgan was about to address Cargill, but instead blasted Vaquer with the microphone. Morgan then held the title in the air and hit Vaquer with an Oblivion, confirming she would be going after the Raw championship at WrestleMania.
Morgan won the Women’s Royal Rumble for the first time in her career back in January. The former Women’s Champion entered the match at number 14 and went on to be the last woman standing. Morgan made multiple appearances going face to face with Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer and WWE Women’s Champion Jade Cargill before ultimately making her choice.
Liv Morgan Match Confirmed For WrestleMania 42
This is the latest match to be confirmed for the biggest show of the year on April 18 and 19, which is set to emanate from Las Vegas for the second consecutive year. The other match announced for the show will see Men’s Royal Rumble winner Roman Reigns challenge CM Punk for the World Heavyweight Championship.
WWE Champion Drew McIntyre, WWE Women’s Champion Jade Cargill and Brock Lesnar are all set to be in separate matches on the show, but their opponents are yet to be determined.
