Roman Reigns will defend the World Heavyweight Championship in Mexico and more on the September 14 edition of WWE Raw.
The show is set to air live from Mexico City, Mexico, and will see one of the top luchadors in action in the main event. After winning a tournament to challenge for the World Title, Penta will get his opportunity against Roman Reigns on the September 14 Raw. With Penta being born in Ecatepec de Morelos, the former Intercontinental Champion will have the fans on his side for the biggest match of his career.
The other title match announced will see Chad Gable defend the Intercontinental Championship against another luchador, Dragon Lee.
On the September 7 Raw, Bron Breakker and Sol Ruca qualified for the Money in the Bank matches. More qualifying matches have been announced for next week’s show. On the men’s side, Je’Von Evans, Big Cass and Austin Theory will face off. In the women’s match, NXT Women’s Champion Kelani Jordan, Raquel Rodriguez and Lola Vice will compete for the opportunity. For Vice, this will be her official debut on the Raw roster.
