A major title match and more have been announced for AEW Dynamite.
At AEW WrestleDream, Mark Briscoe defeated Chris Jericho to retain the Ring of Honor World Championship. Not content with the loss, Jericho once again brought up the late Jay Briscoe while discussing his quest to become a 2-time holder of the title. Responding to the promo, Briscoe granted Jericho his rematch but stated that the violence needed to be cranked up, making the match a ladder match.
On the October 16th episode of Dynamite, The Blackpool Combat Club attacked The Conglomeration during a 6 man tag match against The Elite. Following the attack, an irate Daniel Garcia and Private Party confronted The Elite for not doing anything about the attack. A tag team match has been set up for next week’s show.
With Full Gear set to take place in Newark, New Jersey on November 23rd, it is also possible that the first matches for the pay-per-view could be announced on this episode of Dynamite.
