NJPW has announced the full line-up for the Power Struggle show on November 3.
A title match will main event the show as Gabe Kidd will put his IWGP Global Championship on the line against Taichi. The show will also see Kenny Omega’s return to a New Japan ring, which will see him face Boltin Oleg and Yita Tsuji in a 3-way match. If Omega wins, he will go on to challenge for the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship at Wrestle Kingdom 21 on January 4, 2027. Tsuji is the current champion.
Omega recently shocked New Japan fans when he attacked Tsuji. Omega first appeared on the screen via video, but followed it up with a live appearance after Tsuji had successfully retained the title.
Additionally, Callum Newman and Will Ospreay will team up to take on the Knockout Bros to challenge for the promotion’s Tag Team Championships. AEW stars Jon Moxley and Wheeler Yuta are also set to be a part of the show.
NJPW Power Struggle will emanate from the Hiroshima Sun Plaza in Hiroshima, Japan. The show is set to begin at 7 am UK time.
