A huge debut and more has been announced for the March 9 episode of WWE Raw.
Following his official main roster arrival at the Royal Rumble, Oba Femi has been approached by both Raw and SmackDown General Managers to try and get the former NXT Champion to sign with their brand. On the March 2 Raw, Femi and Rusev came to blows, with Femi getting the upper hand over the former United States Champion. It was later announced that Femi would take on Rusev on the next episode of Raw in what will be Femi’s first official match on the red brand.
At Elimination Chamber, AJ Lee defeated Becky Lynch to capture the Women’s Intercontinental Championship, her first title in over a decade. To determine who will be first in line to challenge Lee, IYO SKY, Bayley, Lyra Valkyria, Ivy Nile, Asuka and Raquel Rodriguez will compete in a gauntlet match. Whoever is the last woman standing will face Lee for the title at a later date.
