Line-Up Announced For June 30 WWE Raw

A title match has been announced for the June 30 WWE Raw, which will also start earlier than usual.

As seen in a backstage segment on the June 23rd WWE Raw, General Manager Adam Pearce made the announcement that Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods of The New Day would put their World Tag Team Championships on the line against The Judgment Day’s Finn Balor and JD McDonagh. Kingston and Woods protested the decision, but Pearce maintained the match had been booked for next week.

New Day won the titles at WrestleMania 41 by defeating The War Raiders. McDonagh and Balor have previously held the titles.

The show will also be the first since Night of Champions, which will take place in Saudi Arabia on June 28 and will see the King and Queen of the Ring winners determined.

Raw is scheduled to start at 6 pm EST [11 pm in the UK]. The reason for the earlier start time is that once the show concludes, the July 4th SmackDown will be taped ahead of time so that the roster and crew can be given time off for the holiday.

The Current Line-Up For The June 30 WWE Raw Is As Follows:

  • The New Day (c) vs. Finn Balor and JD McDonagh – Tag team match for the World Tag Team Championships
  • The fallout from WWE Night of Champions
