A huge line-up for a special episode of AEW Dynamite.
Presented as a Maximum Carnage special in Cincinnati, Ohio, the show will be headlined by Jon Moxley defending the World Championship against Powerhouse Hobbs. Mox defended the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship against Hobbs on Dynamite in 2024 and will be hoping for a repeat result in his home state.
Following his return to Dynamite the previous week, Kenny Omega will be having his first AEW match in over a year. Omega’s opponent will be Brian Cage, who attempted to attack Omega on Dynamite before Will Ospreay made the save for his former rival.
For the first time in AEW history, a Women’s Casino Gauntlet match will take place. The winner will receive a shot at Mariah May’s Women’s Championship at the first ever Grand Slam Australia show on February 15th. Following her victory on the January 8th Dynamite, Kris Statlander will be the number one entrant in the match.
