Kenny Omega has been side-lined from wrestling with no timetable of return.
Taking to social media to post the worrying update, Omega posted a picture of himself in a hospital bed and stated that he is out indefinitely as he is in too much pain:
I can’t really sugar coat this. I’m out indefinitely. I tried to keep pushing past the pain for as long as I could until it became too much. Luckily doctors caught me when they did. I’ll be here so in the mean time, please enjoy wrestling!

The news has come as a massive shock to wrestling fans as Omega was scheduled to compete at the Worlds End pay-per-view to challenge for the AEW Tag Team Championships alongside Chris Jericho.
Kenny Omega Out With Injury Again
Omega previously took a lengthy absence back in 2021. After dropping the championship to Adam Page at Full Gear, Omega returned in August 2022. For the past year, the former AEW World Champion has been competing in more multi-man matches to try and ease the amount of bumps he has to take.
While Omega has competed less than he has in the past in 2023, The Cleaner has still had multiple critically acclaimed matches against Will Ospreay and El Hijo del Vikingo in the past year.
Features of Wrestling would like to wish Kenny Omega a full and speedy recovery.
