Josh Barentt’s Bloodsport took place in Las Vegas on Friday, April 17.
Taking place the same night as the final SmackDown before WrestleMania, the unique pro wrestling and MMA hybrid show returned for a 15th time, with stars from WWE, New Japan and the independents all in action. Barnett headlined the show as he faced Yuji Naga, while former WWE Women’s Champion Natalya faced Shayna Baszler.
Former IWGP World Champion Zack Sabre Jr, WWE stars Charlie Dempsey and Pete Dunne, and former WWE star Timothy Thatcher also featured on what could be the last Bloodsport card until further notice, as Josh Barnett announced after the final match that the future of the event remained uncertain for the foreseeable future
