Bryan Danielson’s injury was worse than what was first suspected.
In the main event of Forbidden Door, The American Dragon defeated Kazuchika Okada via submission, much to shock of the crowd in attendance. After the match, Danielson appeared at the post show press conference, stating that he believes he will be out for around 8 weeks with a fractured forearm.
Danielson’s wife and former WWE Superstar Brie Garcia took to social media to provide a further update. Posting on her Instagram story, Garcia posted an X-ray of the broken bone, describing it as worse than first thought:
