Danhausen has proved to be very popular when it comes to WWE merchandise sales!
Taking to social media to share the news, the recent WWE signee stated that his new shirt is currently the number one seller on the company’s website. Danhausen also warned the fans that they need to purchase the shirt or risk the same fate as Dominik Mysterio.
Danhausens debut shirt is the top seller on @WWEShop go give Danhausen all of your human monies or face the same fate of Mysterious Dominik.
The Mysterio mention is in reference to what happened to the now former Intercontinental Champion on the latest episode of Raw. Following a backstage segment where Danhausen met The Judgment Day, Danhausen cursed Dominik Mysterio. Later that evening, Mysterio lost his Intercontinental Championship to Penta.
Danhausen made his WWE debut at Elimination Chamber after it was revealed that he was the one inside the mystery crate. Although his debut was not well-received by the fans in attendance in Chicago, the merchandise numbers tell a different story.
How WWE Reacted To Danhausen Merchandise Sales
Following Danhausen’s update, Mike Johnson of PWInsider reported that those in the company are “pleasantly surprised” by how well his merchandise has sold in the past few days. While this is the only piece of WWE branded Danhausen merch at the time of publication, it is very likely that more items will be released soon to capitalise on his success.
