Charlotte Flair has once again hinted that her return to WWE is not too far away.
As of December 8th 2024, Flair has been out of action for more than a year. The former Women’s Champion was last in action against Asuka on SmackDown and was seen struggling to make it to the end of the match. Shortly afterwards, Charlotte Flair was diagnosed as having a torn ACL, MCL and meniscus and was expected to be out for 9 months minimum.
During her absence, Flair has frequently posted updates on her road to recovery and at points looks to be ahead of schedule. As part of her latest update, Flair was recently at Flatbacks training school and posed for a photo alongside trainer/NXT Shawn Spears and other wrestlers including Kiana James and TNA star Lei Ying Lee.
Although there has been no indication as to when Flair will make her return, fans have speculated that the former Women’s Champion could be back either on the Raw on Netflix premiere or be a surprise entrant in the Royal Rumble.
Charlotte Flair To Remain With WWE
Shortly after suffering the injury, it was reported that Charlotte Flair had signed a new WWE deal and would be remaining with the company for the foreseeable future. Flair was one of the first big stars to sign a new deal to kick off a year of top talents confirming their futures with the company.
