AEW star Darby Allin is not done with death-defying feats as he wants to go even bigger with his latest plans to put his body and life on the line.
Earlier in the year, the former TNT Champion made history by becoming the first professional wrestler to climb Mount Everest and also become one of the select few to scale the tallest mountain in the world.
While Allin continues to perform crazy stunts at Nitro Circus and is showing no signs of slowing down inside the squared circle, Allin wants to go where even fewer have gone. Appearing on Steve-O’s Wild Ride podcast, the AEW star was asked about what’s next for him, to which the former Tag Team Champion noted that he wants to go into space:
“I’m literally stopping and smelling the roses right now. I just want to be focused on being as grounded as possible. I do want to go to space. As I got down (from Everest), I made it a point to myself, ‘I’m not going to try and fill this void with X amount of crazy stuff.’ I was like, ‘Stop and smell the f*cking roses,’” he said.
Darby Allin Looks Set For Major Showdown At AEW Forbidden Door
Allin made his return to AEW at All In: Texas by being one of the many names to assist Adam Page in his main event match against Jon Moxley, which saw Page defeat Mox to win back the World Championship. As it was Moxley who wrote Allin off TV, the former TNT Champion has been targeting The Deathriders and their leader ever since. On the August 6 episode of Dynamite, Allin abducted Wheeler Yuta and left him in the parking lot with a note attached laying down the challenge to Moxley.
