AEW took over The O2 Arena in London for Forbidden Door 2025, which was also the first iteration of the event to be held in Europe.
Taking a year off from All In at Wembley Stadium, which will return in 2026, Forbidden Door saw the stars of All Elite Wrestling and New Japan Pro Wrestling in action with the top championships at stake.
Along with MJF challenging Adam Page for the World Championship and Nigel McGuinness challenging fellow Brit Zack Sabre Jr. for the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship, the show also saw hometown hero Will Ospreay take part in a 10-man steel cage match and Adam Copeland team with Christian Cage for the first time in over a decade.
