A title match, matches made official and more took place on AEW Dynamite.
At Double or Nothing, Mercedes Mone will make her in-ring debut for AEW as she challenges Willow Nightingale for the TBS Championship. A contract signing took place on the show to make the match official. Other segments also advertised ahead of time included The Blackpool Combat Club in action and Kazuchika Okada defending the Continental Championship.
At Double or Nothing, Swerve Strickland will defend the AEW World Championship against Christian Cage. Strickland was in action on the show.
The Following Results Took Place On AEW Dynamite:
- Jon Moxley and Bryan Danielson defeated Jeff Cobb and Kyle Fletcher. Moxley was jumped before the bell rang by Cobb and Fletcher
- Adam Copeland was attacked by Buddy Matthews and Brody King. Kyle O’Reilly attempted to make the save but failed
- The Young Bucks defeated Christopher Daniels and Matt Sydal. After the match, Daniels was fired by The Bucks
- Hook won a squash match before being confronted by Chris Jericho and Big Bill. Jericho said that if he can win his match on Collision he could get a rematch for the FTW Championship. Both Jericho and Bill attacked Hook but Katsuyori Shibata made the save.
- Swerve Strickland defeated Brian Cage
- Toni Storm defeated Harley Cameron
- Willow Nightingale and Mercedes Mone signed the contract to make their match official. Mone tried to attack Nightingale but was put through a table
- Kazuchika Okada defeated Dax Harwood to retain the Continental Championship. The Elite attacked Harwood before Cash Wheeler, Bryan Danielson and a returning Darby Allin made the save. Allin was announced as Kingston’s replacement for Anarchy in the Arena.
