A Maximum Carnage special episode of AEW Dynamite is set to take place with a loaded card!
Looking to make the January 14th show as big as possible, Dynamite will be headlined by Jon Moxley putting the World Championship on the line against Powerhouse Hobbs. With Hobbs suffering an injury the last time he faced Mox, the former TNT Champion is looking to walk away with the title.
In what will be his first AEW match in over a year, Kenny Omega will be in action and will take on Brian Cage in his return bout. Additionally, Hook will finally get the opportunity to get his hands on the man who was responsible for attacking his father Taz, Christian Cage.
For the first time in AEW history, a Women’s Casino Gauntlet match will take place. The winner will receive a shot at Mariah May’s Women’s Championship at the first-ever Grand Slam Australia show on February 15th. Following her victory on the January 8th Dynamite, Kris Statlander will be the number one entrant in the match.
