A title match and more took place on the landmark AEW Dynamite 300.
All Elite Wrestling hit another major milestone on July 2 as it marked 300 episodes of the flagship show Dynamite, which first aired back in October 2019. Continuing the build to All In, Adam Page appeared live ahead of his match against World Champion Jon Moxley. Additionally, another name qualified for the Casino Gauntlet match and Mercedes Mone defended the TBS Championship against Mina Shirakawa.
Excalibur, Ian Riccaboni and Taz were on commentary for the show.
AEW Dynamite 300 Results:
- Adam Page opened the show. Page cut a passionate promo about his upcoming match against Jon Moxley at All In. Pleading with Moxley to give him everything, Page demanded the World Champion make their All In match a Texas Death match. Moxley made his entrance and asked Page if this was what he really wanted. A brawl ensued and Moxley agreed to the stipulation when Page got his hands on the briefcase. Page hit Marina Shafir with the Buckshot Lariat.
- Mercedes Mone defended the TBS Championship against Mina Shirakawa. Mone attacked Shirakawa after the match and Toni Storm attempted to make the save, but Mone attacked the Women’s Champion and stood tall.
- MJF defeated Anthony Bowens, AR Fox and Brody King to qualify for the Men’s Casino Gauntlet match. Mark Briscoe interrupted afterwards and invited MJF to a face-to-face next week.
- The Young Bucks and Konosuke Takeshita defeated Bandido, Kyle O’Reilly and Roderick Strong. Swerve Strickland and Will Ospreay attacked The Young Bucks after the match, once again demanding they put their EVP titles on the line at All In. Ospreay added the stipulation that should they lose then he would not challenge for the World Championship for a year.
- Swerve Strickland and Will Ospreay defeated The Beast Mortos and Dralistico.
- Kazuchika Okada defeated Kota Ibushi. Rocky Romero and Lance Archer tried to attack Ibushi after the match, but a returning Kenny Omega made the save.
