The December 2nd edition of SmackDown will be broadcast live from the Keybank Center in Buffalo, New York. The show will see the final of the SmackDown World Cup take place and the continuation of the Survivor Series WarGames fallout.
The two finalists were determined on the November 25th episode of SmackDown, with Ricochet and Santos Escobar each winning their respective semi-final matches. Escobar and Ricochet will compete in the final on SmackDown, with the winner receiving a trophy and a future opportunity at the Intercontinental Championship, currently held by Gunther.
At Survivor Series WarGames, Sami Zayn played a large part in The Bloodline being victorious in the WarGames match, with the show going off the air showing Zayn’s full acceptance into the group. Expect a follow-up to this on the show. It should be noted that Roman Reigns is not currently advertised to appear on this episode of the blue brand.
