The August 2nd edition of Monday Night RAW will be live from the Allstate Arena in Chicago, Illinois. WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg has been advertised to appear on the show. Goldberg recently challenged WWE Champion Bobby Lashley to a match for the title. On the previous week’s edition of the red brand, Lashley did not accept the challenge. Expect a SummerSlam match for the WWE Championship to be confirmed on the show.
Two matches have been announced ahead of time by WWE. One of these is a No Holds Barred Match between RAW Women’s Champion Nikki A.S.H. and Charlotte Flair. This follows from last week’s announcement that the almost superhero will defend her title in a triple threat match on August 21st.
Here is what has been announced to take place on RAW:
- Goldberg will return to RAW and confront Bobby Lashley over a potentital WWE Championship match.
- Riddle vs. Omos.
- Nikki A.S.H. vs. Charlotte Flair – No Holds Barred match.
While not announced for a match or segment, a former WWE Champion is being advertised on the events page of WWE.com. Randy Orton is listed as one of the featured superstars and is present on the advertising poster for the event. Orton has not been seen on WWE TV since June 21st.
