WWE have improved their ThunderDome setup following the move to a new location.
The new set at the Yuengling Center in Tampa, Florida has more screens and no prominent gaps present. An example of this can be seen in the image below:
In the previous location of Tropicana Field, there were no screens around the TitanTron. Also the light boards above the screens were not present in St. Petersburg Florida.
The new staging has been praised by both fans and talent on social media. The general consensus is that the new set looks more finished than previous versions.
The use of the ThunderDome has been WWE’s answer to being able to have a crowd present while being safe during the pandemic.
